I have studied highly effective and successful people for some time, and have noticed that one of the most consistent aspects to their lifestyles is a regular ritual or routine that they follow in the morning.
For the last 15+ years, I have practiced a very regular morning routine and have found it to be invaluable to my growth, success (in dating and beyond) and well-being.
Dare I say – it’s the most important thing I do all day.
In this day and age, there is so much stimulation and distraction clamoring for our attention, that it’s crucial that you consciously structure a daily routine to get you moving in the right direction as soon as you wake up.
