So often my work as a dating coach comes down to teaching guys how to READ women.
“What does it mean when she ________” (fill in the blank)
I get 2-3 emails daily with some variation on that, with perhaps the most common being:
Are There Signs She Wants to Kiss You?
EVERY GUY wonders it. So, if you’ve come to this page, you are in good company.
By the way, no guy that I’ve ever met is 100% sure and confident when he makes his move for that first kiss. So some nerves are normal.
In my larger article on how to kiss a girl, I cover this in great detail (& I share my famous “kiss test” to let you know if your instincts are truly correct). But, since my “One Good Dating Tip” series is all about short posts, here are some of the basics.
First, if you are wondering if it is the right time to kiss her, it probably is.
I mean, I can’t drop myself into the date and tell you, with 100% certainty, that it’s time or not. But, usually, if the thought crosses your mind, it is probably crossing hers.
Here are some signs that she wants a kiss:
- She blushes when she looks at you (has she done this on the date? If so, that’s a SURE sign)
- She gazes at you a little longer than normal
- When you engage in playful kino, does she respond in kind?
- Has she laughed at your jokes?
- Does she genuinely initiate conversation (like asking you questions)?
Overall, can you tell if she’s having a good time? If so, she’ll want you to kiss her. If not, she probably won’t. It is usually that simple.
The HARD part is going for it.
Listen, if you can’t tell if she’s wants you to kiss her, why not simply go for it? If she doesn’t want you to kiss her, she is not likely to want that next date with you anyway. And if she does, she’ll be very disappointed of you DON’T.
One trend I have noticed over the years with my clients is that, very often, women are interested in them. The problem is that the guy, being inexperienced and insecure, can’t SEE it and – therefore – never takes the risk to kiss her.
You have nothing to lose, in other words…and if she’s truly interested in you, she’ll be thrilled you took the risk. And if she isn’t, why not learn that now?
Good luck!
