Breakups and divorces are HARD…trust me, I’ve been there.
And all too often, I get emails from guys wondering how they can get back with their ex, when should they contact their ex, when to start dating again…etc.
These are all great, and very normal questions. And, over the years, I’ve developed a specific 4-step process for every guy to follow for what to do after a breakup or divorce.
And, by the way, these are 4 things to do BEFORE you contact your ex again (there’s a real reason why this is the case, which I outline in this episode).
In this podcast episode, I walk you through these 4 steps while describing the most painful – and downright brutal – breakup I’ve ever experienced.
I applied these 4 steps, and they worked like a charm. I’m now happily married and am grateful that my last relationship ended.
In fact, I now know that I was rescued…and boy am I better off for it.
